All sales are final. After your payment has been received any changes to your order must be approved by management.
All ticket prices are based on the difficulty of finding tickets and the cost of obtaining them. Tickets are sold above Face Value. Action Seating does not have any affiliation with TicketMaster, venues, teams and/or the box office.
Orders received after 5 PM(EST) on weekdays will not be processed until the next business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Not all orders are immediately available for pickup or shipping. Please keep shipping in mind when ordering. All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Orders will not be shipped or received on Saturdays and Sundays. Also note that the shipping option you select reflects the method of shipping that your tickets will have when they ship out. Not all tickets are ready to ship or pick-up at the time of purchase. All orders will ship or be ready for pickup in time for all events. The email you receive after your order is sent through is only an indication that your order has been placed, it is not confirmation of order completion. Tickets will never be held at any box office or venue. If you have a question regarding your internet order please contact customer service at 1-866-448-4253.
Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade your order at no extra cost if your seats are no longer available. You will not be charged if we cannot fill your order. Orders received with invalid Credit cards, declined credit cards, or credit cards that do not match the billing address will not be reserved. Please make sure you include the correct billing address for your credit card. We will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company. Internet orders will not incur any Hidden Fees upon checkout.
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled you will be refunded. All requests for refunds must be made within two weeks of the cancelled event. All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, change of venue, date or time.
